Boise State is now a member of the Mountain West collegiate Hockey League.
Boise State, along with six other independent universities; BYU, Denver University, Montana State University, Montana Tech, Utah State and Weber State have merged as a league to become the first ACHA Conference in the Pacific Northwest and the Rocky Mountain Region.. There is still discussion among MWCHL presidents as to league expansion to 10, or expand to 12 from Universities located here in the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain Region for the 2014-15 seasons.
